Located in the stunning
Lebanese mountainside of upper Kfardebian, Massaya boasts a charming pond and tiered leveling
that leads you to the top of the hill for a breathtaking 360 view at Anya.
Anya aims to take advantage of its eagle-eye vantage point and transform
the space into a visual icon in the Kfardebian landscape.
Inspired by the Stonehenge, the prehistoric and towering monument in Wiltshire, England; our
structure is stone based, with pillars placed around the plot of land, creating
a circular structure. The structure itself will allow for a completely
immersive experience within them.

Introduced in the summer of 2021, Isolé is a laid back beach bar, signed with Factory People's touch, located right on the outskirts of Batroun.
A hidden gem in the summer hotspot city, Isolé is a place where you can chill to the crashing tides as you sip on signature cocktails and get a delicious bite anytime, day and night.
The spacious and modular venue fits different occasions and their needs. The layout and design can be completely modified, welcoming you to enjoy the warm water during the day, chill in the evening, or dance endlessly under the bright party lights.

The largest area in the venue, the terrace is covered in lush grass, and includes wooden pergolas, straw umbrellas, seating and tables. Visitors will enjoy their getaway to Isolé over drinks or food from the venue’s full service bar and kitchen. The space also includes a DJ booth with a full surround sound system to further elevate the experience.

With the perfect view of the sunset, the deck, separate from the venue, is a magical space with the potential to host its own bar, smaller parties and sunset sessions aside from activities happening on the terrace.

An oriental Arabic brand, paying homage to the Golden Age of Beirut. Before the devastating civil war from 1975-1990, Beirut was known to be a beacon of elegance, charm and style.
Being the first in the region to launch an oriental brand to a millennial audience primarily accustomed to not listening to Arabic, Habibi Club banked on a nostalgic approach, that was repackaged in a modern and visually appealing way.
From utilizing old song lyrics, visual icons from the 60s, and disco remixes of arabic songs in our communication, Habibi Club was positioned as a high energy and approachable brand.

In 2021, Factory People partnered with one of Lebanon’s most innovative alcohol start up, The Three Brothers. The Three Brothers has been globally recognized as one of the world’s best gins, scoring at several industry competitions. The company was recognized as The Best Craft Spirits Production Company at the MEA Markets 2021 Awards.
Together, Factory People and The Three Brothers launched the award winning Mother of Eight. The Silver recipient at the 2022 Bartender, Spirit Awards, Mother of Eight is a contemporary dry gin that delivers the perfect cocktail serve.
Currently, the distillery is planning several additional products to be released in the near future.

OUR COOL PROJECTS

A core belief of our company is that by constantly pushing the envelope of arts & culture, we start achieving a better model for our society. Over and above our Events, we have created several initiatives for our community that answer various needs.

As the Middle East slowly but surely becomes one of the world’s cultural hotbeds, a huge gap exists between what is actually happening in our vibrant cities, and what is being documented, archived and broadcasted to the world.
We created Late Knights, a start-up content platform that aims to be an authentic documentation platform for musical activities, channeling the growing arts & culture scene, and in turn transforming the perceived image of the region, through music, a global language.

French-Armenian and electronic artist Viken Arman and Lebanese-Armenian Harout Fazlian, conductor of The Lebanese Philharmonic and Beirut Symphony Orchestra join sounds to tell a story inspired by their country of origin, and prepare for a heartfelt concert at Grand Factory in Beirut.

Nicole Moudaber
In 1990s Beirut, a trailblazing Nicole Moudaber took the Lebanese nightlife scene by the reigns and steered it to new heights, before leaving the country to pursue bigger achievements.
Frequency: Once a year

Building on the success of the BBX (Berlin Beirut Express) which we launched in 2016 with the Goethe Institut, we’re continuing our support for local artists to grow their talent and profile, through a series of curated events and workshops organized by Factory People and The Goethe-Institut. This project is intended to support the alternative live music scene in Lebanon, a scene that has been struggling for the past decade due to the environment in our region. The winner will get the chance to record a full EP at the Basement Studios in Beirut and have it officially released.
Participants will perform live at Reunion, and receive valuable insight from a top producer flown in from Germany. They'll also benefit from workshops led by local music
professionals.

On the eve of Grand Factory’s 5th season, we designed and created Radiator, the Middle East’s first Kinetic Lighting Structure.
The product of complete-multidisciplinary design, Radiator hovers up and down above the dancefloor, creating multiple audio-visual scenarios, each radiating a unique feel. In unison, the structure continually creates shapes, lines and combinations that transform the entire space.
To complement Grand Factory’s industrial yet warm identity, Radiator was created through 14 rusted gridded boxes, allowing the lights to emit an organic feel, as opposed to a deja-vu techy LED installation.
Standing underneath Radiator, club-goers experience a consistent journey as the structure constantly morphs, with a direct synchronization to the music, offering a theatrical journey each and every time they enter and exit the dancefloor.

Our in-house full-service creative studio called Clap Clap is at the heart of all we do. With a team of strategists, multi-disciplinary creatives and marketers, Clap Clap conceives, creates and executes all our concepts, space design, experience design and digital presence.
