A magical terrace over AHM, Soul Kitchen Terrace functions as the club’s second room and speakeasy. Entering through a secret staircase at the back of AHM, Soul Kitchen welcomes guests to an expanded cocktail bar and a stunning sunset view.

Seamlessly alternating between a lush indoor bar and an organic outdoor dancefloor overlooking Beirut’s shore, blasting funk, afro, jazz and ethnic gems all night long.

The menu was developed under a theme we call Tropical Mediterranean. Using the same approach as our signature cocktails, we have created intriguing flavors by experimenting with local and traditional ingredients. Everything will taste as if you are on a vacation, but you never left home



The Restaurant will be open all year-round and will welcome Soul Kitchen’s family for sunset aperitive, dinner and select brunches. A perfect way to start your evening before the dancefloor heats up.


Complementing the Soul Kitchen model with a food leg will elevate the franchise to new heights, becoming a destination that targets all senses.
